    join our founding team.

We're on the lookout for exceptional talent to help shape the future of how builders create and grow their side projects.

    mission

build the system that turns side projects into real businesses.

    our story

sidething started from one observation: most side projects die in the gap between "I built a thing on weekends" and "this is a real business".

Not because the ideas were bad. Because once the novelty wears off, nothing is pulling the work forward. No clear next step. No one pushing back. Day job gets busy and the project goes quiet.

That gap is closeable now in a way it wasn't before. AI does the work that used to need a team. Patterns that took founders years to figure out are now well understood. The pieces are there, they're just scattered, and most builders don't know where to start.

We're putting them in one place. For solo builders, and the small teams forming around them. That's what we're building.

We're early. There's a lot to do, a small team doing it, and the work is real. If that's the kind of thing you want to be near, we'd like to meet you.

    who thrives here.

    you multiply

Your work compounds. You build the thing once so the team doesn't rebuild it five times. Your feedback is specific, so people can actually use it. When you leave a project, what you built keeps paying off.

    you have taste

Anyone can spin up a landing page in 30 seconds now. Most of it is forgettable. You notice the typo, the spacing, the friction that makes a thing feel cheap. You know what good looks like, and you fix what isn't.

    you're a generalist

Whatever you're hired for, you have opinions and competence beyond it. The HR hire with views on the homepage. The designer who'll get stuck into copy. The finance person running ops. You cross lanes because you're curious, not because nobody else will.

    you ship

Everyone has ideas. You turn them into things people can actually use. You don't wait for the perfect moment to ship, because the only version of the product that matters is the one users have in front of them.

    you own it

You've built your own thing before. You know how stuck something gets without an owner. So when you're on something, you're on it. You unblock it. You fix what's wrong. You don't wait to be told what to do next.

    no active positions right now

We're currently heads down building, but we're always interested in connecting with talented people who share our vision for empowering builders.
